1. Algemene voorwaarden
Onderstaand zijn alle algemene voorwaarden voor de Coding&Robotics online cursussen en zijn van toepassing op alle abonnementen die ondernomen zijn door the Very Little Agency (hierna te noemen ́TVLA ́) voor zijn clienten via de website https:/galactiq.app


2.Onze tarieven

Alle abonnementen plannen zullen worden uitgelegd door de website en alle geadverteerde producten zullen de betreffende kenmerken en prijzen inclusief BTW bevatten.
In geval van enige tegenstrijdigheid op de website, zullen de gebruikers contact met ons moeten opnemen om de geldige prijs of het juiste tarief te bevestigen.

 

3. Maandelijke abbonnementen.

In het geval dat de client een lopend abonnement bij galactiq heeft gekocht, zijn dit de huisregels:

  • Elk maandelijks bedrag zal door de klant vooraf worden betaald.

  • Onze organisatie gebruikt zoom.us voor de lessen. Elke ouder (die zijn kind

    inschrijft) zal een bevestigingsmail ontvangen met een zoomlink die de

    leerlingen zullen kunnen gebruiken om te verbinden met de les.

  • Onze medewerkers zullen de functies van deze communicatietool

    uitleggen, maar zullen geen problemen met de computers, verbindingen of andere technische problemen oplossen. Wij raden onze klanten aan om hun computer voor de lessen te testen om te zien of alles werkt.

  • Mocht onze docent maximaal 5 minuten te laat komen/5 minuten of later komen voor een les, dan zal de les evenredig worden verlengd.

  • In het geval dat onze docent door een technisch probleem geen verbinging kan a]maken met de bijeenkomst, zal galactIQ een ́inhaalles ́ organiseren om hiervoor te compenseren.

  • Tijdens officiële schoolvakanties worden de lessen onderbroken. galactIQ zal deze lessen niet inhalen tenzij we gemiddeld niet meer dan 3,8 lessen per maand hebben gegeven (gezien de cursus van september tot juni)

 

4. Minderjarigen

Gebruikers van wettelijke leeftijd kunnen en mogen minderjarigen inschrijven onder hun eigen verantwoordelijkheid. De handeling van het inschrijven van een minderjarige op de webiste van galactIQ, wordt geacht te worden gedaan door een van de ouders, de wettelijke tutor, de leraar of de verantwoordelijke school. Hier wordt ook vanuit gegaan. De minderjarige gebruiker dient toestemming te hebben van zijn of haar ouders of voogd om de persoonsgegevens aan The Very Little Agency/galactIQ te mogen verstrekken. Gebruikers kunnen op elk moment The Very Little Agency/galactIQ verzoeken om persoonlijke gegevens van de minderjarige te wijzigen. Dit verzoek kan per e-mail worden ingediend. 5. Eenmalige abonnementen

Dit soort abonnementen hebben een beperkte tijd waarin gebruikers toegang hebben tot de functies van het plan. Na die betreffende tijd wordt uw toegang tot de leermiddelen stopgezet.

 

6. Annuleringen
Zodra het abonnement is betaald, doen wij niet aan terugbetalingen.

  • U kunt uw abonnement zelf pauzeren, stopzetten of hervatten onder het gedeelte ̈mijn abonnementen ̈ in uw gebruikersmenu.

 

7. AVG

TVLA/galactIQ voldoet aan de Europese AVG-wetgeving. In het geval dat u vergeten wilt worden of u uw gegevens volledig van onze servers of databases wil laten verwijderen, kunt u contact met ons opnemen via onze klantenservice. Daar zijn wij bereikbaar via info@galactiq.app

 

8. Privacy en bescherming

Om uw privacy te beschermen, zullen we de informatie die we over u ter beschikking hebben, nooit aan derden bekendmaken, tenzij dit wettelijk verplicht is of we hiervoor toestemming van u hebben. Het kan zijn dat wij u soms willen informeren van speciale aanbiedingen, maar als u dergelijke informatie liever niet wilt ontvangen, kunt u hierover contact met ons opnemen.

The Very Little Agency/ICANCODE SCHOOL/galactIQ is in geen geval aansprakelijk voor enige schade die direct of indirect voortvloeit uit het gebruik van de informatie op deze website, inclusief schade die voortvloeit uit onnauwkeurigheden, fouten of weglatingen. Elke persoon die vertrouwt op de informatie op deze website of die de informatie op deze website gebruikt, doet dit op eigen risico. The Very Little Agency/ICANCODE SCHOOL/galactIQ wijst hierbij alle aansprakelijkheid af en kan niet aansprakelijk worden gesteld voor enige schade, inclusief maar niet beperkt tot directe, indirecte of gevolgschade, inclusief inkomstenderving, gederfde winst, gemiste kansen of ander verlies.

Zonder het bovenstaande te beperken, voor zover wettelijk is toegestaan, is alle aansprakelijkheid van TVLA/galactIQ onder enige voorwaarde, garantie of verklaring die door de wet niet kan worden uitgesloten, naar onze keuze beperkt tot vervanging, reparatie of hernieuwde levering van de diensten of de betaling van de kosten van de diensten waarvoor we een contract hebben gesloten.
 

11. Toepasselijk recht

De overeenkomst die gevormd wordt door deze algemene voorwaarden, zal worden geïnterpreteerd in overeenstemming met de wetten van Nederland en zal worden beheerst door deze wetten. TVLA/galactIQ en u onderwerpen zich aan de niet-exclusieve rechtsbevoegdheid van de rechtbanken van Nederland met betrekking tot elk geschil dat zou kunnen ontstaan uit deze algemene voorwaarden of met betrekking tot enige diensten die wij voor u uitvoeren.

  1. Minors (optional)

In case the The Very Little Agency / galactIQ needs permission from the user to use personal data and the user is younger than 16 years, the user needs to have permission of his or her parents or guardian to provide the personal data to The Very Little Agency / galactIQ. The parent or guardian in such case can always change or modify provided personal data to The Very Little Agency / galactIQ.

The Very Little Agency / galactIQ must record all data leaks and report them to the Local Data Protection Authority, unless it is unlikely that the data leak involves a risk to the rights and freedoms of natural persons. Based on records the data protection authority must be able to check if The Very Little Agency / galactIQ complied to the report duty.

      3. The Very Little Agency / galactIQ must assess whether the objection is justified within four weeks of receipt of the objection. If that is the case, the processing of personal data must be terminated immediately.
    7. The data subject also has the right to have the personal data transferred. This means that the person concerned can submit a request to The Very Little Agency / galactIQ to send the personal data that is available about the person involved in a computer file to the data subject or to another organization named by the data subject.
    8. A decision on a request for inspection, a decision as mentioned in paragraph 4 and the assessment as referred to in paragraph 6 of this provision are decisions within the meaning of the General Administrative Law Act.
  5. Retention periods
    1. Address and customer data: the personal data will be deleted within 5 years, unless The Very Little Agency / galactIQ must comply with any law that requires the retention of your data for a longer period of time. 
    2. Employees: the personal data will be deleted no later than two years after the employment or the activities of the person concerned have ended for the benefit of The Very Little Agency / galactIQ, unless the personal data are necessary to comply with a statutory obligation to retain data. 
  6. Complaints 
    1. The Very Little Agency / galactIQ also informs the person concerned that he / she has the right to submit a complaint to the national supervisory authority, the Local Data Protection Authority.
